Sharon is an associate at Agee Clymer and has worked for more than twenty years as a fearless and successful advocate for employees. She has handled complex employment cases against some of the biggest employers in the State of Ohio.
Her practice includes the full range of employment matters, including, civil rights, discrimination, harassment, FMLA violations, wrongful discharge, whistleblower retaliation, non-compete disputes, wage and hour matters, and more.
She has experience working in a in a wide range of venues, including State and Federal Courts and Courts of Appeal, Administrative Agencies (OCRC, EEOC, NLRB, OSHA, ODJFS, SERB, etc.), in mediation, and arbitration. Her background in Human Resources gives her a unique perspective when analyzing employment matters.
Sharon grew up in Springfield, Ohio, but after enlisting in the Ohio Air National Guard, she moved to Columbus where she and her husband have raised their two boys. She has a bachelor’s degree from Franklin University and JD from Capital University Law School.
In her free time, Sharon enjoys motorcycle riding and gardening.
