Approved by Judge Richard McMonagle, a $420 million settlement ends a class-action lawsuit that has lasted several years. The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will pay out the money to businesses who were overcharged for their workers’ compensation premiums from July 2001 to June 2009. More than 200,000 of Ohio’s small business owners were affected. McMonagle stated that the settlement is “good for the workers.”You can read more about this case here. http://www.insurancejournal.com/
