345 East Main Street
Jackson, OH 45640
Named after Andrew Jackson, war hero and seventh president of the United States, the town sits at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. With a population of 6390 people, Jackson is even smaller than Mount Airy, North Carolina, which was the basis for the town of Mayberry from the old Andy Griffith television program. Much like Mayberry, Jackson has its share of colorful, memorable characters. One of these is Dolly Cardiff, the legal assistant who staffs our law office in Jackson.
Originally, our founding partner, Jim Clymer, and our current managing partner, Joffre Laret, did not think the Agee Clymer Mitchell & Laret law firm needed an office in a small town 60 miles away. But Dolly convinced us otherwise.
On January 2, 2008 the Jackson office of Agee Clymer Mitchell & Laret opened at the corner of South Main and Columbia Street. Our attorneys are pleased to join the Jackson community. We look forward to helping the injured workers and those with disabilities in southern Ohio.
The lawyers of Agee Clymer Mitchell & Laret assist clients in cases of Social Security Disability, medical malpractice, long-term and short-term disability, personal injury, OPERS, intentional torts, and workers’ compensation. We offer free consultations. Contact
