Associate Morgan Martin focuses her practice on matters involving personal injury, litigation, and workers’ compensation claims. Her background in property and casualty insurance provides a valuable and unique perspective in her representation of personal injury matters.
Morgan received her B.A. from Arkansas State University and her J.D. from Capital University Law School. While at Capital, she served as the President for the First-Generation Law Student Society as well as the Vice President of the Animal Law Society. Additionally, Morgan was recognized as a Pro Bono Legal Honors participant, providing 50+ hours of law-related services to those in need during her time in law school.
Morgan gained her Ohio Bar admission in 2022 and has admission before the United State District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She has experience representing clients across the state of Ohio in both state and federal courts.
