Joining the firm in 1994, a former partner in the firm, Joffre (Jeff) has over 25 years of experience representing injured workers and the disabled. Before joining Agee Clymer, he served as a Hearing Officer at the Ohio Industrial Commission adjudicating disputes between injured workers and employers in Ohio. Prior to that, Jeff was an active duty Staff Judge Advocate in the Air Force, stationed in the states and abroad. Jeff represents persons pursuing benefits to which they are entitled following their work injuries and those pursuing benefits under employment insurance programs both private (i.e., Aetna, AFLAC) and public (i.e., OPERS).
Joffre is a native of Youngstown, OH and graduated from Ursuline High School in 1976. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from Youngstown State University in 1981. Law school was completed, also with Honors, in 1984 at Ohio Northern University.
He is blessed to have his wife, Maria, and two children in his life. When he has the time, Joffre enjoys reading Civil War histories, gardening, and playing guitar with his friends. Additionally, Joffre and other members of his church volunteer to help the disabled and assist the family members of military personnel who have deployed overseas.
