Biography
Corey Lauer is an Associate Attorney at Agee, Clymer, Mitchell & Portman, where he represents individuals and families navigating difficult legal matters after an injury, accident, or life-changing event.
Before joining the firm, Corey spent 15 years practicing at two plaintiff-focused law firms, building meaningful experience helping clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and move forward during challenging times. His approach is grounded in preparation, clear communication, and a commitment to helping clients advance their causes with confidence.
Corey earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 2010 and his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bowling Green State University in 2004. He is admitted to practice in all Ohio courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is also an accredited attorney with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
Outside of his legal practice, Corey and his wife are raising their daughter in Dublin, Ohio. He and his wife are frequent volunteers with the American Cancer Society, and Corey also volunteers with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus. In his free time, Corey enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and traveling, especially to his family’s home in northern Michigan.
