Biography
Mark is a partner with Agee Clymer in the Columbus Office. In addition to Workers’ Compensation, Mark focusses his practice on assisting members with Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund (OP&F) disability benefits.
Mark has been representing injured workers for his entire career, starting as a law clerk for Dean Reinhard while in law school. He has proudly represented clients from all walks of life and careers with a focus on helping our first responders. He has represented injured workers at all levels in the Workers’ Compensation process including the Industrial Commission, Courts of Common Pleas, Appellate Courts, and the Ohio Supreme Court.
Mark received his BA from Ohio University and his JD from Capital University Law School.
